Who Can Become A Lion

Who can become a Lion?

Anyone willing to work hard to help others!

Any male or female of legal majority, good moral character and good reputation in his community regardless of race, religion, language, political beliefs is welcome to join.

How are funds raised?

The Cumberland Lions club raises its funds in a variety of ways; our main fund raiser is the "Heritage Power & Country Festival" show held at the Cumberland Heritage Museum; our yearly pancake festival has become a tradition in the Ottawa Valley, and we have special projects each year to raise funds for special purposes.

Why Become a Member?

The main reason is to help others.

With the help of all members of the club, we can work to raise funds to allow Lions to offer assistance where its needed in the community.
